social capital and community development

The presenters intend to discuss about social, community development and theirs relationship. The main issue of this paper is:"A community with the high stock of social capital is characterized by cooperation, trust, reciprocity, and social norms, enables to resolve its problems and then lead to development." If there are the highest lavals of social capita amongst of individuals, we'll expect to achieve to communtiy development in the community. This is theoretical research and method of collection and enelysis of data is focusad on document method.
