چکیده مقاله:

This paper deals with quantitative development for Iraqi women at higher education. It also highlights the encouraging that Iraqi government gives to women and ministry of higher education in order to complete her knowledge. Although, to give women chance to participate in economic, social, and cultural development processes in society by qualitative activities and strategic plans of ministry to provide education opportunities for Iraqi women and to meet the needs of Iraqi society.However, this paper shows the quantitative development for female workers in teaching at Iraqi Universities. There is a quantitative development of graduated female from higher education at (1970-2012) with the percentage of (30,8% - 41,6%). This is happened because of increasing the social demand for education in general and a higher education in particular, especially as a consequence of several factors such as population growth - growth of individual income and cultural development of society. All of these consider as a sign for her positive role of advancement of society and its development in all fields.
