چکیده مقاله:

With due attention to importance of manpower as valuest society capital, recognize of effective factors to manpower productivity in the every organization, can be effective and useful, in the increase of productivity and competition power of that organization. According to this research investigated effective factors to manpower increase of productivity according to Hersi & Goldsmith Model, of Co., 6th Operational district. Current study is applied and statistical and the population of the census method was used including whole of formal and contract personnel that were 170 persons, that this much number had selected as sample,156 number of personnel to answer the questionnaire and had given back them. The tools of research that used were including standard questionnaire of manpower productivity, standard questionnaire of ACHIEVE, pierson correlation coefficient and data analysis had done by Spss software 22 editing. questionnaire of manpower productivity to measure productivity and stsndard questionnaire of ACHIEVE to show effective Abillity -Clearly- Help-Incentive-Evaluation by manager- Validity of manpower increase of productivity Gas company of, 6th Operational district is used. Most important Suggestions had shown, can be used managers use poper measures to increase Abillity – Incentive- help of employees and create a collaborative space in the organization and personnel assessment for real named.
