چکیده مقاله:

In this paper a fatigue test is performed on a CM-88Y gas turbine blade, using a very lighter fixture with a new design and a lower-power shaker. First, by taking many parameters and limitations into consideration, a new fixture is designed, analyzed numerically and finally manufactured. After fabrication of the fixture, as its dynamic properties play an important role in fatigue analysis of the blades, the natural frequencies are obtained experimentally. After it is confirmed that the natural frequency of the fixture is in a suitable frequency range, the fatigue test is performed using that fixture and a low-power shaker. It is concluded that the blade will not fail after 107 cycles in its operating conditions
