چکیده مقاله:
Institutions and organizational groups have been associated with the process of social domination where individual or certain groups finds ways of imposing their wishes on others. This paper aims to survey the domination of each of which over their agents through presenting an interdisciplinary view of the issue– notably from a political perspective. Through examining women representation, the paper captures the scope of the domination of institutions and organizational groups over women MPs and represents answers to the question whether can leave an influence over the agents or not. By the scope emerging from different resources, this study shows that organizational groups and institutions have domination over their members regardless of the gender and approves agents are unable to change institutions.
