Investigating in Effectiveness of Muslim Woman as a Role Model in Universal era

Women have always played a vital role in human development. Having more women presence in managerial position with maintaining ethical values are of one of these achievements. With more subtle investigation, it is revealed that Muslim women have shown their abilities in leadership and senior management position effectively. They could determine the direction and amount of achievements and strong changes in their peripheral environment.
