Organizational changes and employees resistance is on the top of interest of scholars and bussines. Despite of organization approach that human resources are flexible and easily adapt, resistance to changes exists and gains new forms. Fronda and Moriceau (2008) notice, that classical resistance, what can be defined as technological innovation already does not exist, but modern organizations face cultural resistance in social norms context – resistance to nontechnological innovations. Although the resistance, and especially emotional resistance, what is the newest is form of employees’ unsatisfaction, still there is a lack of attention to individual. These critical aspects of employees’ resistance let formulating the research goal: how to manage effectively different resistance of different types of employees In 2014 year conducted research, combining structured and indepth interviu allowed to reveal four types of employees, their resistance forms and management measures, applied to overcome resistance for revolutional and evolutional change.
