The impact of unsustainable development on human rights with emphasis on the environmental crisis of lake Urmia

The global population of about ninety decades onwards title of sustainable development at fields of national regional and international has put on its agenda, but still development in many countries are unstable and which is a clear example of environmental degradation on the surface of the development. In recent years, due to the spread of contamination resulting from industrial activities and civil governments have strongly negative effects on the environment and even threaten human life and stop continuance of human life focused on sustainable development of some international convention particularly declaration 1992 of the united Nations on environment and development (Rio) is located. Accordingly, governments obligated to environmental protection and improvement of natural using to secure for the future generation from economic activities and the disasters. In the framework of the development of sustainable, environmental protection is an integral part of development. Whether the non-compliance with this obligation, no doubt caused crisis and environmental sustainability, and fulfill the right to a healthy environment which is requirement realization of the fundamental human right to life will threaten drying for example, Iran on lake Urmia has faced such a situation. So quick and appropriate measures to restore the lake from Iran is crucial.
