چکیده مقاله:
In the today′s dynamic environment, Innovation is important source of competitive advantage for organizations, that can exploit of new opportunities and improve their organizational performance. The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of the management, process, product ,marketing and green innovations on the organizational performance. This descriptive survey study in terms of its application in the field of innovation is applied. Required information were collected using a questionnaire. These relationships have been tested via regression analysis and path analysis using with a sample of over 200 experts and managers of construction companies registered in Tehran s construction companies and building mass with simple random . The validity of index and model of study was assessed through CVR test and final testing of the questionnaire was assessed using Cronbach s alpha coefficient . Findings show that there is significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational innovation and organizational performance . Respectively, product innovation (the highest),marketing innovation, management innovation, process innovation, and green innovation (the lowest) has a direct and positive impact on improving organizational performance .
