Application of AHP approach for analyzing of success or defeat of two companies in the same industry

There are several reasons for contrasting and comparing organization s functions. For stockholders, potentially employees, government, owners of industries and the investor who is going to buy an active company. In this stage we face with several criteria which makes it difficult to decide. Multiple criteria decision making approach is the model which is used and AHP is one of the multiple attribute decision making using to chose the best alternative. Here there is a model for comparing of two companies which are in the same industry in mining in iran with analytical hierarchy process by using of super decision software.
