چکیده مقاله:

Background & Aim: An organization is a society where in life and stability depends on the strong link between the organization’s components and constituents. Organizational Improvement and productivity requires comprehensive planning efforts by human resource managers. The quality of work-life as an approach which aligns the staff and organization with each other; is one of the main issues in any organization. The set of successful activities of the human resources management in making use of human resources and developing them, in turn ensures achieving personal and social objectives and commercial benefits. So this study aimed to determine Factors affecting productivity improvement organizations. Materials and Methods: Research design was field survey using a questionnaire. The sample size was calculated based on the statistical population and randomly selected proportional (n=210). The questionnaire used in this study consisted of three parts: demographics, the quality of work-life (using Walton 8-parameter model), and questions about performance measurement (using 7-parameter ACHEVE model).In this research, Data analyzed in two levels: descriptive and perceptive. Frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation are used in descriptive level. T test and Pearson correlation index are used in perceptive level. SPSS was used as software. Results: The findings showed a significant correlation between quality of work-life and the performance of Najafabad healthcare workers at P<0.05 level. The relationship orientation indicates that there is a positive correlation between the two variables. By increasing work-life quality, the function level also increases. Multivariate regression analysis also showed that among all the independent variables, it is only fair payment, human potential development, integration, constitutionalism and social involvement which have a significant relationship with performance. Conclusion: Development of any work-life quality factors by human resources management lead to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and subsequently improve the performance of employees and organization.
