Environmental assessment of the proposed municipal landfill Sareyn According to EPA standards

The growing population and advances in science and technology, industrial development,urbanization and prosperity, more and more areas of consumption growth has causedwaste. The annual large quantities of waste discharged into the environment. Disposal ofwaste materials from consumers, one of the main causes of water pollution, soil and airare sometimes present in many parts of the ecological system and the life of manyanimals, especially humans is a serious threat. Increasing proliferation of waste andenvironmental consequences of its disposal in most countries, especially developingcountries with severe financial constraints, technological and experts face is a seriouschallenge governments and they are facing serious problems in this area. One of the mostcomplicated and costly waste management principles is most important problems for theauthorities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the city s landfill is EPA standards.Sareyn this purpose the municipality has identified a site for landfill. Location of theproposed landfill on the north side of Aq Qala village in latitude and longitudecoordinates 249.581 4.226.421 an area of 5 ha. In normal waste disposal site selection,should all based on environmental, geological, hydrogeology, topography, climate, soil,four areas administered by the organization, confidentiality, transmission oil, water andpower, roads, and other populated areas specified criteria the criteria were considered.
