چکیده مقاله:

Due to different properties of carbon nanotubes such as high strength, thermal and electrical conductivity, high Young s modulus near to 1 TP and other unique physical, mechanical and chemical properties; can be prediction various applications of carbon nanotubes in industrial, medicine and agriculture. Carbon nanotubes can synthesis by variety methods; which can specify properties of carbon nanotubes. Amount of different ways, chemical vapor deposition is a primary method for synthesis of carbon nanotubes; because this method is simple, high yield, appropriate for mass productions, low cost, uniform growth obtained at low temperature synthesis. Chemical vapor deposition methods based on the synthesis mechanism, source of energy and type of catalyst; categorization a variety of methods.In this paper, synthesis of carbon nanotubes with different methods of chemical vapor deposition, evaluated and properties of common methods studied.
