چکیده مقاله:

Despite the importance of stakeholders‟ roles in project goals and achieved them, there are few complete and comprehensive resources discussing stakeholder management critical success factors. The purpose of this article is extracting some CSFs associated with in construction projects that help project-based organizations (PBOs) to prevent loss of advantage of the whole of stakeholders‟ potential during the projects‟ life cycle in different situations. For means to this end, by deep review of resources, 4 articles were selected and finally with deep and critical review of these articles, 35 critical success factors (CSFs) was extracted and classification into 4 groups. These CSFs help PBOs to successfully use of any aspect of key stakeholder management approach to be successful at the end.
