چکیده مقاله:
Mostly, test is just associated with grade and evaluation, while it can be viewed as an instrument to promote learning. According to constructivists, assessment is not the end point of instruction, but rather is an ongoing process that helps students keep on learning. One of the new educational ideas in testing which pursues this vision is collaborative testing. This article introduces collaborative testing as an alternative testing techniquein language pedagogy and attempts to draw attention to the learning potentials of assessment. In addition, psychological aspects of collaborative testing are examined.
