چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this research is to inspecting the efficiency of the refining system of the pars oil , and representing a solution to resolve the problem. The refining system in this oil refinery consists of two oil-water separator unit API and a Dissolved air flotation unit. In addition, it has two monotonic tanks,310 cubic meters for each. Moreover, a sandy filter for its API units, in seven square meters. This research longed from 6th August 206 to 2 February of 2007 . Amount of the sewage which is produced according to the samplings is 80 cubic meters per day and the parameters inspected in this research are Total Suspended Solids,Total Dissolved solids, Phosphate , Chemical Oxygen Demand, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, ammoniac nitrogen , Furfural, Oil and PH. For precise comparing the qualitative and the quantitative of the parameters, the sewage entering the refinery is sampled for times from different place like boilers and from their channels, oil sewage channels, and solvent sewage channels. Despite some reform to reaching the environmental standards has been applied to the refinery system, but for applying the whole process, the system cannot refine the sewage as the Environmental Protection Agency of Iran. From the results of this research and the projects done on this case in oil refinery, the advanced Membrane Bioreactor system for complementary refining besides optimized oil elimination system from sewage is suggested, which is professional in its kind and minimize the level of the pollution.
