چکیده مقاله:
medical tourism is an opportunity for health services centers to obtain financial benefits through foreign patients market. This benefit require to some foundations and perquisites. Hospitals in Iran are struggling with many obstacles to attract foreign patients. This study is aimed to know experts viewpoint about effective factors to attract foreign patients in a hospital.Method:This study was a qualitative research which was conducted in hospital of Isfahan city. Gathering data, was done through focus discussion groups (FDG) . All of introduced viewpoints were noted and categorized by researcher.Results:Totally 7 themes and 40 subthemes were introduced by study participants. the themes were as: Hospital staff factors, Managers opinions, Service Quality and variety ,Advertising and marketing, Financial factors, Public attitude and tendency( consumer behavior) and location.Conclusion: in the new concept ,Marketing system means to meet consumer needs Now days patients are aware of their rights to choose desired hospital and physician So hospitals must regard Marketing Mix to achieve patient satisfaction and expectations
