On the Impact of Oil Revenues on Investment in Large Industries in Iran During the Three Past Decades

In this article, the impact of oil revenues on investment in large industries in Iran during three past decades is examined. Ordinary Least Squares (OSL) method was employed to estimate the proposed model. All variables of the model have become static with one difference using augmented Dickey-Fuller test. The proposed model was estimated using the software Eviews. Obtained coefficients for this model indicate the positive impact of oil revenues and gross domestic product (GDP) on investment in large industries. Finally, by implementing some tests on the model, it was revealed that there is no heterogeneous variance, self-correlation, and co-linearity.
