چکیده مقاله:

Recalling information and how brain changes due to learning process have been paid too much attention and so many researches have been conducted on this issue in terms of neuroscience and cognition development .in this study data were collected from the web of science, NBCI (Nero science bank information), US national library medicine and national institutes of health, etc.Ought to find out best strategies for learning according to three stages in terms of age and brain’s competence growth: 1. Childhood 2.Adolescence 3.Adulthood.Changes that brain undergoes as you grow older in different cases such as thickness of cortical gray, plasticity, density, and flexibility and their relations to learning potentiality were deeply investigated. On one hand, people with thicker sensory cortex are for some reason drawn to meditation and on the other hand, it is also possible for meditation to impact age-related declines in cortical structure. Based on findings recommendations for better learning were suggested1.Connecting materials to deep-rooted background information2. Using strong parts of the brain for learning and consequently a fast and better recalling of learned materials and having a clear image of accumulated state of knowledge in the light of differences in the extent of being taken in and relevancy to input like picturing and so on. For unraveling the issue and shedding more light on it, MRI and FMRI images were provided. It’s found that as the time passes and students get older some parts of the brain decreases especially gray area of brain and protection of Nero cells(myelin) in adolescence and puberty time therefore changes in pedagogical and educational curriculum should be applied since The child’s environment directly affects synaptogenesis and allows for neurological optimization.
