چکیده مقاله:

Crosslinks have to be present in the hydrogels in order to prevent dissolution of the hydrophilic polymer chains in an aqueous environment. Improvement of mechanical propertiesas well as getting the required stability during the implantation time, against the degrading enzymes present in the wound bed,are the other reasons to crosslink a hydrophilic scaffold. Various crosslinking agents like glutaraldehyde and water soluable carbodiimide are applied to crosslink agelatin/chitosan matrix [1-3]. In this work, these two types of crosslinking agents are assessed how to affect on degradation and mechanical properties of the scaffolds comparably
