Surface modification of silica nanoparticles by silane toward surface modified nanosilica

Hydrophilic surface modification of nanosilica were investigated by Forier transform infrared (FTIR), water contact angle and water wettability tests for different surface modifier include vinyl trimethoxysilane (VTMO), 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (AMEO), ɣ-(2,3-2,3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxysilane and vinyl tree (2-Methoxyethoxy)silane.
