چکیده مقاله:

A study on the synthesis and characterization of nano thin films and nano particles of polypyrrole doped with different dopant anions is presented in this paper. Ultra-thin films of conducting polypyrrole were deposited on insulating surfaces of glass and oxidized silicon wafer by in situ chemical polymerization in the presenceof different anionic dopants including DBSNa, SDS and α-NSA. Hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties, thickness and conductivity of the PPy thin films were studied by contact angle measurements, ellipsometery and four-point probe methods and also morphology of nano particles by TEM. The results showed depositionof nano thin films of conducting PPy with comparable thickness in the range of 6-18 nm and relatively highrange of conductivity on the modified surfaces and synthesis of nano particles with average particle size about100 nm successfully
