Relaxation spectra of Poly(methyl methacrylate)/Polystyrene immiscible blend below and above phase separation temperature

Linear relaxation modulus spectrum of a PMMA/PS blend along with those of blend constituents were studied. The temperature of experiment was chosen both below and above the phase separation temperature. The results indicated a similar behavior for the blend relaxation spectrum and those of blend constituents above the phase separation temperature. The relaxation modulus spectra of the blend below the phase separation temperature was quite different and exhibits a dissimilar behavior compared to that of blend above the phase separation temperature
