چکیده مقاله:
In this paper we prepared a conductive PET/PP polymer blend at a very low volume fraction of thermally reduced graphene (TRG) based on double percolation concept. The blend exhibits cocontinuous morphology and TRG nanosheets are thermodynamically driven into the PET polymer leading to a double percolated structure. Thus, the percolation threshold of TRG significantly is reduced and a very small amount of fillers are needed to build up the conductive percolated network. An insulator semiconductor transition is clearly observed when the TRG loading exceeds 0.44 vol% which the conductivity exhibits a conducting feature which remains nearly frequency independent.
