Different Phases of Construction Projects, Lean or Agile

This paper discusses how lean or agile methods can be used for different phases of constructionproject implementation. Firstly, it endeavors to explain and elucidate into different phases of theproject. The next part of the paper will endeavors to explain and elucidate some of the importantlean and agile principles alongside their related research, as well as some complementary noteson lean and agile project management. Finally, we conclude that the use of lean and agile methodcan be tailored for different phases and different places based on the specific needs of any givenproject.
