Design and Optimization of Two New Structures for Sigma Delta Modulators

With remark to apparent significance high signal to noise ratio (SNR) in the sigma delta modulators, thispaper addresses the design of a new 2rd order single loop and 2-2 cascaded sigma delta modulators. Themodulators, with feed-forward (FF) paths, 3 and 6 order noise transferfunction (NTF), unit signal to noisefunction (STF) and capacity of elimination input signal from the integrators output, can improve peakSNR. In these structures, optimum coefficients are selected using optimization algorithms.
