چکیده مقاله:

دستیابی به اهداف سند چشمانداز توسعه کشور، اهداف برنامهپنجم توسعه و سایر اهداف توسعه کسب و کار الکترونیکی درراستای این موارد نیازمند توسعه بستر و زیرساخت مناسب جهتتحقق کسب و کار الکترونیکی به معنای واقعی کلمه است.تکنولوژی رایانش ابری تاثیر بسزایی در بهبود ارایه خدمات کسبو کار الکترونیکی داشته و علاوه بر کاهش مشکلات فعلی کسبو کار الکترونیکی، هزینه های مرتبط با فناوری اطلاعات را نیزکاهش می دهد. شرکت های کوچک و متوسط در استفاده ازرایانش ابری به منظور توسعه کسب و کار الکترونیکی با مشکلاتو چالش های متعددی مواجه هستند. دغدغه اصلی این پژوهش،شناسایی پیش نیازهای توسعه رایانش ابری برای توسعه کسب وکار الکترونیکی در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط حوزه فناوریاطلاعات کشور است. پژوهش کاربردی و ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی)و جمع آوری داده ها با ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بوده است. براساس یافته های پژوهش، پیشنیازهای توسعه رایانش ابری بهعنوان بستر و زیرساخت مناسب برای توسعه کسب و کارالکترونیکی در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط حوزه فناوریاطلاعات کشور در پنج گروه عوامل قانونی، سازمانی، فناورانه،منابع انسانی و فرهنگی ارایه شده اند.
