ON STRONGLY REGULARTY OF REES FACTOR ACTS

By a regular act we mean an act that all its cyclic subacts are projective. In this paper we introduce strongly flat-regularity and will give a characterization of monoids for which all Rees factor acts with flatnees properties are strongly flat-regular.
