SPLINE APPROXIMATE SOLUTION OF EIGHTH- ORDER BOUNDARY- VALUE PROBLEMS

we use non-ploynomical spline functions to develop a numerical method for the solution of eighth-order boundary-value problems. We show that the present method gives an appriximetion which are better that those produced by order finite difference and spline methods. a numerical example is given to illustrate practical usefulness of our method.
