Psychological Empowerment : Exploring Critical Success Factors

The Aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between key factors for fostering empowerment and psychological empowerment among Ministry of cooperatives, labor & social welfare employees'. Data was collected via a questionnaire designed to measure the relationship between psychological empowerment’s dimensions and key factors for fostering empowerment. The data collected from 127 Ministry of cooperatives, labor & social welfare headquarter experts’ was explored by regression analysis. Clear vision & goals, providing information and connecting to outcomes had meaningful and positive impact on self-determination. Clear vision & goals and providing resources had meaningful and positive impact on impact. Clear vision & goals, providing support and emotional arousal had meaningful and positive impact on meaning. Modeling had meaningful and positive impact on trust.
