and net shape machining of Ni50Ti50 is very critical for excellent response of this material in medical and other applications. The experimental investigation of WEDM process parameters is of great importance in order to improve the productivity, dimensional accuracy and surface integrity. In this paper, identify the effects of various process parameters such as pulse on (Ton) ,pulse off (Toff), servo voltage (Sv),Compact pressure(Cp) for analysis the material removal rate (MRR) and surface finish (Ra)while machining Ni50Ti50 SMA. Central Composite Design(CCD) is used to plan and design of experts. The output response variable being MRR and Ra will be measured for all the number of experiments Porous. Ni50Ti50is a biocompatible material exhibiting good corrosion properties and low cytotoxicity, thereby lending its actuation capabilities for applications within the medical field. The effective conducted. The results indicate that MRR increases with increasing Ton and Cp while Ra increases with increasing Ton and decrease with decreasing Toff and Cp
