Underwater sensor networks have many applications, including theability to collect data such as oceanography, pollution, coastal research,prevention of disasters and natural disasters, aid to the maritime,military, natural resource exploration submarine and more. Underwaterwireless sensor networks for specific conditions are particularlyimportant underwater environments. Snorkeling equipment areequipped with sensors that will be able to scientific information neededto collect underwater.Snorkeling equipment are equipped with sensorsthat will be able to scientific information needed to collect underwater.In order for these goals to be met it is necessary to provide for thepossibility of transmission between snorkeling equipment. Similarunderwater sensor nodes WSN should have the ability to shape theirposition and configured to move between each other, exchanginginformation As well as to data collected through each other to a shorestation. Control snorkeling underwater equipment is expensive due tohigh prices and therefore it is necessary to have a lot of flexibility innetwork design. To the weakening of control functions due todeterioration of one or more means be avoided. Network capacity isalso influenced by the network topology. Since the channel capacity isextremely limited underwater telecommunications avoid creatingbottlenecks in the network topology design is very important
