چکیده مقاله:
Current study aims to investigate conditions and fitness of education department in Khorram Abad city to embrace or resist changes for implementation of Levin’s force field analysis model. This is a descriptive survey of applied type. Statistical community of this research included all experts and employees at education department as wellas the teachers teaching at all 3 academic grades in district 1, Khorram Abad city with a total number of 220 people.According to Morgan’s table and Cochran’s formula, a sample of 152 people sufficed but 10% of the sample size was overestimated to ensure that the required sample would be achieved. Then validity and reliability of the designed questionnaire were measured so that its formal validity was measured by professors and its reliability measured using Chronbach’s Alpha was larger than 86% showing a suitable value. Finally, 13 main factors were specified to determine preventive or driving nature and status of them
