Examining the causes of lethargy in cultural organizations and foundations of country

Regarding the identification and description of the causes and factors of cultural lethargy firstthe dynamic culture and it’s difference with static culture with be introduced and theemphasize that any culture needs mobility and speed continue to exist I will define culturalfrigidity and blockage and cultural dynamism and prudent changes as suitable solutions toencounter the challenge caused by mis-management will be examined.Finally the causes ofnational cultural lethargy in four main topics will be described as follows:Inefficiency of cultural organization and foundations in two levels macro and micro.Inefficiency of education structure in two parts educational system and higher educationalsystem. Inefficiency of the elites. Politics-stricken management of the country.
