چکیده مقاله:
In this paper, a new current source gate driver (CSD) is introduced which reduces switching losses by increasing the switching speed. It also effectivelyreduces gate losses by recovering the gate energy. In comparison with other current source gate drivers, the proposed circuit has several advantages. No limitation on duty cycle, high noise immunity, minimum number of controlled switches and reduced conduction losses are themain features of the proposed driver. The proposed CSD circuit is suited for synchronous buck converter. Theoretical analysis and simulation results of the proposed circuit are presented
