چکیده مقاله:
In this research work, Gd:YIG nanoparticle with structural formula (GdxY3-xFe5O12) and low x values ( x = 0, 0.2, 0.5 and 0.9 ) were prepared by sol – gel method, and their crystalline structures and magnetic properties were investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Far-FTIR spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The XRD patterns of GdxY3-xFe5O12 have only peaks of the garnet structure. The results of Far-FTIR shown that the intensity associated decreased with increased substitution gadolinium. Results of VSM show that the saturation magnetization were decreased with an increase of gadolinium concentration.
