چکیده مقاله:

Today, microorganisms of intestinal flora are counted as an organ in mammalian body.Recent studies show that there is a certain map of different kind of microorganisms that buildthe intestinal flora in a normal and healthy person. The method of this study was to searchstudies related to diagnosis and inducing carcinomas that have connections with intestinalflora between the years of 2000 up to 2015 via NCBI. The intestinal flora has shown directeffects on the health of people and plays important roles in body. Colorectal cancer or CRC ison of the major causes of cancer mortality in world. Today, diagnosing CRC based on thechanges of intestinal microbiota is an issue that scientists are working on. It have beenobserved that inducing CRC by DMH, shifts in the structure of gut microbiota and makes asignificant increase in the population of Ruminococcus obeum and the Allobaculum-likebacteria in rats. Also, recent studies show that the intestinal flora plays a role in inducingCancer. It have been suggested that the interaction between intestinal flora and dietaryfactors promote chronic inflammation and CRC. Also studies on Enterococcus faecalis as aspecific bacterial species have showed that this bacteria Induces Aneuploidy and Tetraploidyin colonic epithelial cells Conclusions. Based on recent studies, intestinal flora can be usedas a instrument in early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. It can also be used as a way to helpus to decrease the occurrence of CRC in human population.
