The Study of Accreditation Model Using SWOT Analysis and Presenting a Technique for Model Improvement by using BSC

The hospital standards are one of organizational conceptual factors because of their valuable role in showing expected function and help to valuation the hospital activities. Presenting an appropriate sample for universities accreditation is an important responsibility for supervision and evaluation system in universities and education and health institutions. The aim of this research is presenting a model for accreditation. Totally, the accomplished analysis indicates that the hospital standards in ministry of health need to be analyzed because of inefficiency in showing the shortcomings and disadvantages in the medical centers. So, the accreditation standards have been analyzed by using SWOT2 and the weaknesses, opportunities and threats have been evaluated in this study. The goal of 3present study is systematic search of weaknesses and strengths of accreditation model for model selection or a source model for modeling in designing the national model. In this article, among describing the SWOT concept, its dimensions and indices have studied and challenged accreditation standards; and the study of shortages and strengths of current model in accreditation has been done in order to finding the best model for modeling to designing it. Finally, the amount of importance and priority of one of the indices in organization function have been determined based on accreditation standards.
