چکیده مقاله:

Research aims to study relationship between organizational learning , innovation and organizational performance of perception in Guilan Melli Bank branches , research method is descriptive and its purpose is practical and data collection method is field and its instrument is questionnaire . In this research studying statistical community includes 122 Guilan Melli Bank branches that 156 managers responded questions from 93 branches that considered through Kocaran formula as case . Also present research sampling conducted simple random and finally analyzed information . Analysing data considered in 95 % level there is a meaningful relationship between organizational learning and innovation with organizational performance of perception and organizational learning with organizational innovation
