The impact of institutional owners in financial performance of the Automotive industry in Tehran's Stock Exchange

Corporate governance Included , Collection Rules and Procedures that governing relations between managers, shareholders and the company's auditors , In a general view, including legal, cultural and institutional, that sets the companies direction of motion and function . it is the basis for this study. The main objective of this research, study about Impact of Corporate Governance , in Section of Ownership structure that Has been measured Mix and concentration Institutional ownership on financial performance of companies listed in Tehran's Stock Exchange, is a case study in Automotive Industry . All activities related to Data summarizing by Excel2003 software and then used the SPSS 18 and EViews6 software for test the hypothesis. method In this study is , Panel Data and for test hypotheses, using multiple regression . In the first hypothesis, there is Lack of relationship between the mix of institutional ownership and the Past financial performance, In the presence of controlling variables. And the second and fourth hypothesis are shown, the negative relationship between concentration and mix of institutional ownership and future financial performance, and the third hypothesis are shown a positive relationship between concentration institutional ownership and Past financial performance.
