This study aimed at investigating multifactor leadership style and its relationship with knowledge management in Yazd Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization. The model of multifactor leadership styles utilized in this study was the one proposed by Bass and avolio (2004) and the model applied for knowledge management was the one presented by Lawson (2003). The study used a descriptive-survey design in which staff of Yazd Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization participated who answered two standard questionnaires on a Likert scale. The techniques of structural equation modeling and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used for analyzing the data and examining the relationship between multifactor leadership styles and knowledge management. Research findings supported the proposed conceptual model suggesting that multifactor leadership styles were directly correlated with knowledge management. The findings also revealed that the highest correlation existed between transformational leadership style and application of knowledge, and the lowest correlation existed between transactional leadership style and organizational knowledge.
