A survey of the relationship between business manager’s self- awareness and organizational health in National Iranian South Oil Company

The aim of this applied research is investigating the relationship between business manager’s self- awareness and organizational health in National Iranian South Oil Company and has done in analytical method with the correlational approach. The study population consisted of all the employees working in commercial units of National South oil company, 346 were selected as a Stratified random sample. Data gathered use of self- awareness and organizational health questionaires after confirming validity and reliability, then entered in spss21 software and analysed using descriptive statistics and one sample t- test and person correlation coefficient. Results showed significant relationship between business manager’s self- awareness and organizational health.
