چکیده مقاله:

This article analyzes the role of moderating the relationship between strategy, business strategy, human resource management and performance car company MSA, as one of the leading companies in the industry, pays. A little research strategy and research method - based on field survey data collected from The study consisted of top managers and company managers and human resources departments and marketing and sales experts Machin Sazi Arak, from is through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. To assess the organization's business strategy, Huang questionnaire (2001) was used to measure human resources management strategy tool Snell (1992) and is used to measure the performance ofthe company's existing data and compare performance with competitors, according to 4 criteria (share market, profit growth, return on investment and sales growth) is used. The analysis of the data showed that business strategy will be moderating role in the relationship between human resources and corporate performance management strategy play. Human resources management strategy and business strategy consider the cases mentioned above.
