چکیده مقاله:

A new method based on floatation organic drop- dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (FO-DLLME) was used for separation and preconcentration of morin. In this method, a mixture of methanol (disperser solvent) and 1-decanol (extraction solvent) was injected rapidly to a tube containing morin which cloudy solution was formed in a test tube. Then, the mixture was centrifuged for 5 min, the dispersed fine droplets of the extraction phase were collected by micro syring and the absorbance spectrum was recorded by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The affecting parameters on the extraction efficiency including type and volume of extraction and disperser solvents, pH of initial sample solution, extract time, concentration of salt were studied, too. The optimum conditions were 2 mL of morin solution, 800 μl of methanol as dispersive solvent, 250 μl of 1-decanol as extraction solvent, pH of 6, and extraction time of 15 min. According to the results, FO-DLLME method can be considered as a selective method with a wide linear concentration range (0.1-10 mg.L-1) with high correlation coefficients (r2>0.99) and a reasonable detection limit (5.0×10-3 mg.L-1), suitable preconcentration factor and a good relative precision. Finally the method was used for determine of morin in water samples, successfully
