Stimulating of secreting fungal chitinase by TricodermaHarzianum in laboratory condition and studying a way for itsindustrial usage

Many enzymes such as chitinase have application in pharmacy and industry fields. Chitinase has been used for producing different active physiological oligosaccharides from chitin to use them as a source of resistance and energy. Chitinases belong to 18th and 19th family of glycol hydrolysis. Physiological property and reacting mechanisms of this enzyme varies in different organisms according to their metabolic roles. Tricoderma produces extracellular enzymes for degrading polysaccharides with high efficiency. This study concentrated on production of chitinase by Tricoderma Harzianum fungi in laboratory condition. It also has suggested stabilizing of purified chitinase on nano structures by capsulation. Enzyme stabilization on synthetic hydrogels can be done by physical absorbtion of biomolecules on solid surface or covalent linkage of protein with a surface. In this study pure chitin was produced which is then converted to chitosan. Chitosan as substrate used for stimulating of Tricoderma Harzianum in synthetic medium later extracted enzymes from fungus gathered and sent to genetic research center for separating different enzymes from solution to be ready for biologic applications special enzyme stabilization in field of industry.
