The Vertical Bipolar Intercompany Model (VBIC-Model)

The VBIC-Model (Vertical Bipolar Intercompany Model) was presented in a first version by Colin McAndrew and colleagues due to the results of a research group, which was composed of several American semi-conductor companies in 1995. It is based on the Gummel-Poon-Model, being improved in some insufficiencies, which emerged from this model. Model was employed to model the Quasi-Saturation effect
