چکیده مقاله:

In existing industries around us, in everyday life, and even in the human body, the stakes are very high, are hidden. But some of them, if they emerge, have the ability to hurt others, would be likely to occur and influence. Hence, it is decent, so, using appropriate methods, to estimate the probability of the event.Consequence analysis is one of the main steps in a risk assessment of large petrochemical plants and provides essential information for the assessment of potential hazards posed by the installation itself. This discipline studies the evolution of accidental releases of dangerous substances that can cause damage to the people, property and environment .It goes from the characterization of the type/source of emission, energy associated, up to the quantification of the severity and consequences of fires, explosions and toxic dispersions. There are numerous software presented to model the consequences of chemical substances releases (Such as PHAST, ALOHA, SLAB, DEGADIS). PHAST (Process Hazard Analysis Software Tool) is a comprehensive consequence analysis tool.At this study we are resolution to Modeling and evaluation of Gas dispersion, Jet fire and Explosion of UNIT 106 from the Gas Refinery Phase 15&16 south pars gas field development project using PHAST software. The assessment has been done by relying on TOTAL General Specification for Safety (GS- SAF-253) and usage of PHAST software version 6.51.
