Synthesis Quantum particles CdSe/ZnS dissolved in water

Quantum Nano particles are colloidal semiconductor particles on the Nano scale and are able to broadcast specific obvious bands in excited wavelengths. In this study the synthesis and properties of quantum Nano particles of CdSe/ZnS was studied by Hydro- Hydro - thermal method. The structure and morphology of quantum Nano particles of CdSe / ZnS were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM. Luminescence color also was investigated by changing PH under UV exposure.
