چکیده مقاله:
Outsourcing is a technique between both private and public organizations and it is a main factor in business tactics. Nowadays most of the organizations outsource many of their duties although they used to have habitude to do those duties by themselves. Organizations usually expect to attain many benefits through outsourcing. Although there are probable risks that may be happen if outsourcing is not successful. On the other hand, three are so many possible side effects on the company benefits where the outsourcing could not be successful. Business process outsourcing (BPO) has been one of the important issues in the organization management. Since, prior studies have only survey issues to traditional Business process outsourcing, there had been few researches that introduce and discuss some of the important factors that should be considered in the decision of BPO adoption. Despite the recent researches on BPO subjects, prior studies have focused on the issues related to traditional decision of BPO, albeit there was a decision model that, management could use as a reasonable and simple tool to help in the decision – making process. In this research we developed a model of the adoption of BPO based on risk-benefit analysis in the Alpha company at Iran and then extract the factors effecting on the BPO decision by using structural equation modeling (SEM) and structure a decision model using the hybrid of DEA-TOPSIS. This research proposes quantitative decision model that offers our host which is a kind of sourcing alternative that could be useful for organization to decrease risks and gain more benefits on the other hand.
