چکیده مقاله:

Some organophosphorous pesticides (OPs) are highly toxic and are still widely used for pest insect control and display a broad variety of effects toward biological systems. They are well-known inhibitors of cholineesterases (ChEs) in nervous system. Human serum albumin, a globular protein, is the most abundant proteins in plasma which facilitates the disposition and transportation of various exogenous and endogenous ligands. The interaction of HSA with Malathion, a broad-spectrum organophosphorous (OP) insecticide, which is used widely in agriculture and regional pest eradication programs was studied in the presence of silver nanoparticles by fluorescence spectroscopy and resonance light scattering (RLS). Silver is a nontoxic, safe inorganic antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral agent. The formation of this complex and the effect of toxicity reduction of malathion were investigated
